You are expected to lead a team of support technicians delivering TC2 managed services for support and operations for TC2’s client base, refine existing managed services, and create new ones. Manage the team’s oncall shifts for 24/7 support, overview and develop key metrics, SLAs, alerts, and incidents, and prepare reports. Build a knowledge base with client-specific operation runbooks, and upskill new team members.
As a TeamLead, your responsibilities will include making improvement recommendations on architectural defects detected during Operations & Support tasks. Providing feedback to designers and implementers is critical for the company to work efficiently and with high quality.
