Optimum operation is a priority, especially for systems used in live operation, especially for operational safety and availability. The necessary support can only be provided with the right expertise and availability. TC2 offers 4 different models, each model includes SLA and service specific features for 15 areas of professional competence. A particular advantage of the service is that it also integrates TC2’s managed services (TC2MS) components into the customer’s AWS account, which, as a result of years of development and best practices, make the AWS environment efficient to operate.

24/7 Managed Services
Although operation and support go hand in hand, ensuring the proper and efficient functioning of the system does not require 24/7 service, in contrast to support, whose failure-related tasks - troubleshooting, fault escalation, problem management, disaster prevention - require high availability due to their criticality. And of course, a 24/7 on-call support according to ITIL regulations requires at least 5 qualified support professionals due to the 3 shifts, vacations, and illnesses.
